Real Property Information System (RPIS) Renewal

The existing Real Property Information System (RPIS) manages information for over 7,900 sites owned or operated by Fisheries and Oceans Canada. The objective of this project was to replace the current RPIS with a web-based solution to better serve users across the organization, to improve its capabilities, and to harmonize it with other intra-departmental systems.

Esper prepared a detailed user requirements and functional specification, as well as a gap analysis that identified the major deficiencies of the existing system. Esper also prepared a project schedule and substantive cost estimates.
