This IT Transition project consisting of:
Transition of certain services from sourced to outsourced, with new business processes developed to manage the new relationship;
Transition of the majority of retained systems and services by arranging that their planned life-cycle replacement happens during the move window, with the systems being transformed during the migration to the new campus
Physically moving those retained systems where the life-cycle replacement strategy is not feasible.
The transition plan will involve working with multiple CSE business units to understand business models, system inventories, dependencies, network architecture, life-cycle schedules, etc.
